Can you ship door-to-door?
Yes, we provide door-to-door shipping service. We handle all procedures including customs clearance, tax declaration, and final delivery to your address, making the process hassle-free for you.
What's the best way to ship to my location, cost-wise?
The most cost-effective option depends on your order volume: 1) Sea freight for orders over 0.5 CBM (20-35 days, lowest cost); 2) Air freight for 0.1-0.5 CBM (5-10 days, moderate cost); 3) Express for samples (3-5 days, higher cost). Our team will quote based on your destination.
Can you avoid custom declaration if needed
We cannot avoid custom declaration, as it is illegal and violates international trade laws. Such actions may lead to goods seizure, fines, or legal liabilities. We must comply with all countries' customs regulations.
If you are late, can I get compensation for that?
If we delay delivery due to our fault (excluding force majeure), we compensate 0.3% of the total order value per day, with a maximum of 3% of the total value. We will keep you updated on production progress to avoid delays.
