Could you offer a price that makes sense for a long-term middleman?
We provide a special middleman price list with 6-12% lower than standard wholesale prices, plus neutral packaging and drop-shipping support. We also offer market protection to avoid price competition in your region, ensuring your profit margin.
Can you help reduce the invoice value to lower my import tax?
It may cause legal risks for both parties. We suggest complying with customs requirements for smooth clearance.We can discuss it.
Does the price include customs duties on my end?
No, our quoted prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities. We will provide a detailed commercial invoice to help you calculate related costs.
What's the minimum deposit you'll accept?
Our standard minimum deposit is 30% of the total order value. For old clients with a good payment history and stable orders, we can reduce the deposit to 20% based on mutual trust.
Can I pay you on a monthly basis instead?
Monthly payment terms are available for qualified clients who have placed regular orders for more than 1 year and maintained a good credit record. We will sign a formal agreement after evaluating your business scale.
Can we pay using LC or DP?
Yes, we accept L/C at sight for large orders (over $50,000) and DP (Documents against Payment) for clients with 2+ years of stable cooperation. New clients are recommended to use T/T or Alibaba Trade Assurance to build trust.
Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?
We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) for international shipments due to high logistics risks and payment disputes. For domestic Chinese clients, COD is available for large local orders.
Is the sample cost refundable if I place a larger order?
Yes, sample costs (production + shipping) will be fully refunded when you place a formal order with a total value exceeding $8,000. We will deduct the sample cost from your final payment.
Can I mix different products in one container?
Of course. You can mix different products holders in one container. Our warehouse team will optimize loading to maximize space and reduce shipping costs.
Do you have fast shipping options?
For urgent orders, we offer air freight via DHL, FedEx, or UPS (3-7 working days). For small batches (1-50000 pieces), air freight is fast; for large orders, sea freight is more cost-effective.
